A week without Leslie

So, Leslie is gone this week and it's kinda weird having all this time to myself all of a sudden. Things have gotten better, so far, up here in Chicago. No more incidences with the car. The girls have gotten into their routine and Luna is back to being 100% crazy. The weather has been beautiful and we've been going for nice long walks in the evening. I'm a little bit scared to venture too far on my own, although Leslie did before I got here. I'm afraid I won't be able to find my way back to my apt though. I'm really liking this traveling thing. There are definitely a lot more attractive single guys here than in Greenville, although I've not officially spoken with any of them. I've recently let my recruiter know where I would like my next assignment to be: Cincinnati. I know it's still a couple months a way, but that's how you have to do it. I think one of the most stressful parts about traveling is applying for licensure. Ohio has some pretty strict requirements, including finger printing, passport photos, blah blah blah. When you're in a city where you don't have a bank to get to the notary and the place to get finger printed is also the place where gang bangers and rapists are, it makes the process a little more difficult, but I'm working through it.
I have loved having my little brother to hang out with. We have had a lot of fun. Leslie says we are the exact same person in a male and female version...I have to agree. I miss my friends in SC and Ohio. I will see you all soon though!!!
